Our tenant referencing is carried out by external specialists who provide a thorough and accurate referencing service. However, in addition we carry out our own checks, and can offer a rent guarantee insurance that will protect you in the event your tenant fails to pay the rent. Its belt and braces, but it works!
We provide you with regular updates at all stages of the letting process. We make regular courtesy calls throughout the tenancy, providing you with peace of mind that your property is safe with Signature Lettings.
Inspections of property are carried out every 3 months unless agreed otherwise. After each inspection a report is provided to the landlord and tenant.
At any time you can login and see what activity has been happening with your property, such as view statements, check repair updates and much more, giving you peace of mind your property is in safe hands.

Sales: 1% of sale price. No sale no fee
Tenant Find Only: One off fee of £450.00
This is paid once we receive the first month’s rent from the tenant. Our fee is deducted from the rent and passed to you.
Find a Tenant + Manage the Tenancy & Property
£299 Find a tenant – followed thereafter by a monthly fee of £49 per month. This fee would be deducted from the rent received and the balance transferred to you.
