Fees

We aim to offer clear and transparent fees which offer value for money. If you do want to rent a property there are some costs involved. When you apply for a property there is an application fee of £20.00 per applicant. If your application is successful and the landlord grants you a tenancy you will be required to pay a single Reference Fee of £150.00. If a guarantor is required the fee is £50.00. And the good news is that you will not be charged any VAT!

Welcome Pack

When you move into your home we’ll make sure you have all the stuff you need for your tenancy, as well as a welcome gift from us, and rest assured it won’t be a box of toilet rolls!

Deposits

Before you move into your property you will have to pay a deposit. Your deposit will be held by the Deposit Protection Service When its time to move on you will need to contact them and they will start the process of returning your deposit.
